Course Description
The Distance Education course is web-based and designed to inform teachers and other professionals about effective distance education.
The class addresses learning issues within the delivery mode and context that is exclusive to a distance education course. The course also features the online environment and effective communication style, as well as identifying and incorporating different technologies used in association with successful learning strategies.
Artifact Descriptions
The instructional design project reflects an effective online learning and teaching guide utilizing current technologies and instructional strategies.
Utilizing the Lynda teaching resource for the project and including content that reflects a component of teaching a proposed unit or course module, the design includes objectives appropriate for the designated learners.
The module includes the instructional strategies necessary to meet stated goals, and various assessment strategies for determining whether or not the learner has met the stated objectives.
The webinar outline was created as a component of the design of the individual project.
