  Artifact Descriptions

The online components feature a  "Triple Loop"       organization process or the need to be different to   create a trans-formative change in learning.

The principles include a shift in an understanding of   context, point of view or grasp of an issue.

The artifacts contemplate previous actions. Because   of the action, the Library sites created resulted in a   diffusion and adoption of information designed for   online learners.
